After working in numerous restaurants in the UK, she felt that the time has come for her to embark on a new chapter in her culinary journey. She has decided to be a private chef so that she can exercise more creativity in designing and serving dishes to meet the unique needs of different palate.

Berlinda is a home grown chef who enjoys the challenge of fusing East with West. Some of her many variations include French Provence cooking using Mediterranean spices, Mod- Sing and Contemporary Asian fusion. Berlinda's quest for creativity and innovation, continues to be a driving force behind her love for cooking. Her recent culinary team that she led has won them 'Most Gracious Hosts 2019' Competition, creating multi sensory experiences with their unique 5 course menu for the renowned judges and guests.
