Pan seared juicy and succulent Japanese Scallops, paired with Yuzu Cream Cheese and topped with Tobiko
Fiery Salt Baked Chicken wrapped with salt and spices, and slow cooked in the oven, with fork tender moist and juicy meat flamed with Cognac to seal in all the goodness.
Oven-Baked Fish Fillet drenched with Creamy Miso Sauce made from fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic, and home grown herbs, full of savoury natural goodness, earthy tastes and aroma
Deliciously Rich Oxtail Stew slow braised in red wine and stock, with tendons, fresh tomatoes, onions, daikons, and carrots
Jasmine rice cooked in Dashi Stock and flash fried with garlic, seasonal vegetables, and topped with Crisp Sakura Shrimps, Furikake, and Ikura
Finish with the nourishing umeshu jelly with osmanthus and seasonal fruits!
