Jonathan and Kristoffer are the dynamic duo behind WeAreLittleBites. The pair crossed paths in the army, which sealed their culinary fate together. Both were trained in French culinary, but Jonathan was trained in bistro du vin, while Kristoffer leaned more towards the modern French cuisine. Cooking up a storm became a serious affair, as they whipped up classic Singaporean dishes like har mee and nasi biryani with an added sophisticated flair.

Beverages: Pure indulgence in every bite. Heighten your senses with a stellar line-up of some of the finest wine and spirits, specially selected by a team of expert sommeliers, to match every dish. For non-alcoholic guests, you can enjoy Sparkling Drinks paired together with your meal. 

Starter

Swordfish Carpaccio served with Green Tea Soba and Apple Dashi Vinaigrette

Paired with Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut

Fine champagne to complement your swordfish and amazing floral notes to pair with the accompanying green tea soba and Apple Dashi Vinaigrette 

Carrot Soup with Brown Butter and Croutons

Paired with Chivas 12 Fat Washed Old Fashioned

Rich and savoury. Burnt Butter Fat-Washed Chivas 12, Lemon Syrup, Bitters 

Main

Chicken Roulade with Spinach, Ratatouille and Butter Squash

Paired with Jacob’s Creek Reserve Riesling 

A Riesling with a lovely mix of citrus, spice and ginger to accompany and cleanse the palate

Dessert

Brown Sugar Pearls with Earl Grey Panna Cotta and Mint Infused Milk

Paired with Chivas Mizunara Milk Punch

A timeless classic in the cocktail world and a must to accompany your dessert.
