About the Event

:: Sanchoku Wagyu Beef (+MS5) grilled with just Yukishio & Kampot black pepper to bring out the right level of          

   richness, taste and tenderness. 

:: Served on a bed of wok tossed Green Dragon Vegetables (青龙菜). 

:: Japonica rice cooked in Dashi Stock and flash fried with Wagyu Beef Fat, garlic, seasonal vegetables, and topped with  

   crispy Sakura Shrimps, Furikake, and Ikura. 

:: Finish with the nourishing umeshu jelly with osmanthus and seasonal fruits!
