4-Course Special Menu 

Savoury minced Pork hand wrapped in Silky Smooth Wanton Skins and tossed with Chilli Vinaigrette 

醉侠 Herbal Live Tiger Prawns drunk in a Cognac Infused Seafood Stock with Wolfberries 

Round balls of savoury Chicken Rice served with hand-pulled succulent Chicken, Cucumber, and Cincalok Chilli 

Finish with the nourishing umeshu jelly with osmanthus and seasonal fruits!
