Creamy & Velvety Mushroom Soup, made with fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic, and home grown herbs, full of natural goodness, earthy tastes and aroma.
Oven grilled Tiger King Prawns basted with Sea Salt Butter, Mentaiko, and torched to give it a satisfying smokey taste.
Fiery Salt Baked Chicken wrapped with salt, pepper, and spices, and slow cooked in the oven, with fork tender moist and juicy meat flamed with Cognac to seal in all the goodness.
Oven-Baked Seasonal White Fish Fillet & Shimeji Mushrooms drenched with a savoury Creamy Miso Sauce.
Sanchoku Wagyu Beef (+MS5) grilled with just Yukishio & Kampot black pepper to bring out the right level of richness, taste and tenderness. Served on a bed of wok tossed Green Dragon Vegetables (青龙菜).
Jasmine rice cooked in Dashi Stock and flash fried with Wagyu Beef Fat, garlic, seasonal vegetables, and topped with crispy Sakura Shrimps, Furikake, and Ikura.
Finish with the nourishing umeshu jelly with osmanthus and seasonal fruits!
