Wok tossed Live Clams in an umami Dashi Butter Broth, naturally finger-licking good
Deliciously Rich Wagyu Beef Cheeks slow braised in rich stock, with tendons, fresh tomatoes, onions, daikons, and carrots
Truffled Capellini tossed in Dashi Reduction, topped with Ikura (salmon roe), crisp Sakura Shrimps, and Furikake
Super addictive Chocolate Tiffins made with a rich delicious blend of dark and milk chocolates filled with Biscuit Crumbs, Cranberries, Nuts, and Malteser. Served with fresh strawberries and sea salt.
