Q: Is the food prepared Halal?

A: The food prepared is not halal but our menu will be listed as no pork no lard. 

Q: What if I have diet restrictions

A: We recognise the importance of respecting the dietary restrictions of our guests. Therefore, guests are able to inform the hosts of their dietary restrictions and the necessary arrangements would be made to ensure that the food meets the dietary needs of our guests.

Q: If I do not want to engage in the wine-tasting, would the tickets be at a cheaper price?

A: Unfortunately, the tickets are inclusive of wine and spirit tasting. Therefore, we are unable to provide a cheaper ticket or a separate ticket that excludes the wine and spirit tasting.

Q: Where can I buy tickets

A: Our Guests are able to book the event tickets online, through www.PrivateChefsTable.com

Q: What is the refund policy like? Will I be able to get my money back?

A: Unfortunately, the event tickets cannot be refunded. However, it is transferable and therefore in the event of unforeseen circumstances, someone can take over your place. 

Q: Is there sufficient parking on site and is parking free of charge?

A: There are 2 carparks located near The Gathering Room, K0037 and K0039.  Fret not as the location is very accessible and is within 5 minutes walking distance from Lavender and Bendemeer stations. 

Q: Why can’t I purchase tickets on the Dine Inn app?

A: Private Chef’s Table is introduced as an inaugural event and our current Dine Inn application does not have an events module. However, in the near future, we will combine Private Chef’s Table and Dine Inn together in the same platform.

Q: Can I choose my own seats?

A: There will be assigned seating as it is a communal dining concept. 

Q: What if I am late?

A: Guests are advised to be seated by 7.00 pm as the event will start promptly at 7.30 pm.

Q: I don’t drink, are there non-alcoholic beverages available?

A: There will be water available for the guests
